Giuliani just hours after Dominion sues him for $1.3 billion: ‘The election is over — Biden is president’

According to New York Times reporter Azi Paybarah, this Monday Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani acknowledged for first time that Joe Biden is the president of the United States — just hours after Dominion Voting Systems sued him for defamation in the sum of $1.3 billion.

“As far as this election is concerned, it’s over,” Giuliani said on his radio show on WABC-AM.

“Biden’s the president, she’s the vice president,” he added, referring to Vice President Kamala Harris.

Just hours before, Dominion Voting Systems filed the defamation lawsuit in response to Giuliani’s baseless conspiracy theories that the company was complicit in mass voter fraud in order to fraudulently hand the 2020 election over to Joe Biden.

In a subsequent statement, Giuliani accused Dominion of trying to intimidate him with the lawsuit.

“The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart,” his statement read. “It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.”
