To the 45th President of the United States, image is everything and his obsession with the press is one manifestation of that. Everything has to big, everything has to be winning. But as history shows, one of the most effective weapons against a massive cult movement is mockery, and a meme that arose this past February was ideal for the Resistance’s ongoing assault on President Trump’s ego.
“Tiny Trump” takes away everything Trump uses for his bully persona: his giant swagger, his pucker-faced downward stare at his subjects — in every image he appears as a petulant or clueless toddler completely reliant on the grown-up world.
