Man who assaulted 76-year-old taco truck worker is confronted outside courthouse: ‘You like hitting street vendors?’

Jason Wiggins of New Mexico was arrested in March after he participated in a violent brawl outside a popular Las Vegas taco truck that was all caught on camera, according to reports at the time.

Another person, identified as Micahel Boyd, was also issued a citizen’s citation after punching one of the truck’s employees multiple times.

Police responded to reports that said around seven men and women were fighting in front of the business that’s located near Las Vegas Boulevard. Video shows Wiggins putting his hands on two women and employees of the truck. At one point, he tries to snatch a cellphone from a person filming the incident.

Video of the incident shows Wiggins pushing one of the employees to the ground before another man who is reportedly Wiggins’ son, ran up to the man and started punching him in the face repeatedly. Some reports identified the employee as 76-year-old Don Victor.

TikTok user Edin Alex Enamorado set up a GoFundMe for Victor and another injured vendor, and then decided to confront Wiggins while he was at his April 3 court date — catching the whole thing on video. In the video posted to his channel, Enamorado confronts Wiggins as he was exiting the courthouse.

“You like hitting street vendors?” Enamorado asked confrontationally.

“You fell for that?” Wiggins replies.

Later, Enamorado seemingly challenges Wiggins to a fight.

“Get like that with me, homie. What’s up?”

Eventually two are broken apart by officers at the courthouse and Wiggins is led away.
