Mike Lindell gets booted out of Republican governors event

Speaking to POLITICO in an interview, MyPillow CEO and disseminator of pro-Trump conspiracy theories, Mike Lindell, said he was kicked out of an event hosted by the Republican Governors Association in Tennessee.

Lindell said an event coordinator at Nashville’s JW Marriott Hotel told him he was not allowed to attend any official RGA events.

An RGA official speaking on condition of anonymity told POLITICO that Lindell tried to join a members only dinner at the Tennessee Governor’s Mansion and was denied. “These events are for RGA members, and Mike Lindell is not currently an RGA member,” the official said.

On Tuesday, Lindell shared a screenshot of an event headlined “RGA – Nashville Meeting” and claimed he was invited to the event recently. “He also shared the schedule of RGA events for Tuesday and Wednesday that had the word ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ at the bottom. Lindell also shared his ‘executive roundtable’ badge to the conference; the dinner Tuesday night was titled ‘executive roundtable reception and dinner,'” POLITICO reports.

Earlier on Tuesday, Lindell appeared on Steve Bannon’s radio show and promised to confront Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, RGA’s chair, with his false claims of mass voter fraud in the 2020 election.
