Pro-Trump Nevada delegate shows thousands of RNC attendees that he doesn’t know the capital of his own state

In a rather amusing video uploaded to Twitter by Mashable, the Nevada Republican Party chair spent his 15 minutes of fame misidentifying his state’s capital city in front of thousands of Republican National Convention attendees,

He then doubly humiliated himself by declaring his state’s majority vote for Donald Trump.

“We’re very proud of our nation,” Michael McDonald said. “From the great shores of Lake Tahoe to the most entertaining capital city, Las Vegas, Nevada, this time, what’s said in Las Vegas will not stay in Las Vegas!”

The capital of Nevada is Carson City.
