Elon Musk fires back at Trump and accuses him of lying

In a post to Twitter this Monday, Elon Musk fired back at Donald Trump after the former president claimed that Musk told him personally that he voted for Trump in the 2020 election.

Musk responded to a video featuring Trump at a rally in Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday night, where he said, “You know, [Musk] said the other day, ‘I’ve never voted for a Republican’ — I said didn’t know that, he told me he voted for me, so he’s another bullsh** artist.”

Musk wrote beneath the video, “Not true.”

In another tweet, Musk wrote, “I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset.”

“Dems should also call off the attack—don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency,” Musk wrote.

In yet another tweet, Musk wrote that Trump is “too old to be chief executive of anything.”
