Soccer coach leaves phone at restaurant — employees open it and find videos of him raping unconscious boys

A “popular” soccer coach in Tennessee has been arrested after police found videos on his phone depicting unconscious boys being raped, CNN reported.

Camilo Hurtado Campos, 63, has been charged with rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor. More charges are expected to be filed.

His troubles began when he left his phone at a restaurant and employees went through to fund information so they could return it to its owner.

“What they found, instead, were dozens of unconscionable videos and pictures of children, and so they called police,” authorities said.

There were hundreds of images and videos on the phone.  Police say he “recorded himself raping unconscious boys between approximately 9 and 17 years old” and the rapes of at least 10 children were found on the phone. Some of the victims have been identified.

According to investigators, some of the victims may not even know they’ve been raped since they were unconscious at the time.

Police say he would peruse school playgrounds to recruit children to play soccer, and then later invite to his home after gaining their trust.
